The Dragon's Fist (้พๆณ). These fists have the ability to collect, store and utilize an inexhaustible supply of ki obtained by "eating" the ki and abilities of others.
The first victim that he stole with his powers, had an affinity with water based abilities. Using his Dragon Fist, Liam inadvertently sealed the power within him. With this as long as there is contact with water, Liam can manipulate it using his ki.
Water Bullets: By flowing Ki through water he can make it strong as steel and fire them at deadly velocities. In a fight to the death, Liam later learned to use this ability when no water was present by substituting his own blood to fashion his bullets, this is now his preferred method.
Dragon's Roar: The power to control others by sending ki through the vibrations in the atmosphere, this allows him to make a link with another person's brain and grant him immediate control. His power's weakness is that it can't control subconscious actions.
Flaming Phoenix: The power to manipulate life and death. This ability allows Liam to revive the dead. It can also allow one to become immortal by recycling the ki within their own body.
Background Information:
[Personality]: Liam has a very bitter outlook on the world, this is often reflected in his dry humor. He can also be very stubborn and hard-headed, something that is usually condoned because of his quick-temper. He is quick to act in a confrontation, and merciless when provoked -- often being driven by his counterpart's instincts. As a result of an incident during his adolescence, Liam has developed a hate for firearms; not only does he refuse to use them himself, but he is quick to disarm those who would use them against him.
The man has made it a personal mission to keep his darker instincts from gaining any merit over his control; he still suffers from the horrors over his conscience when he did not have such ability. He recognizes, however, that he may not always fight it, and there are situations that he is better off giving in to his predatory nature.

As is with nearly all broken men, his life has been one of pain, guilt and boundless struggle. Torn between his humanity and his affliction, Liam is unsure of his place in the world; dancing incoherently on the seams that keep one's sanity neatly tailored.
